FEULING® camshaft kits for Milwaukee Eight engines include chain drive camshaft, lifters and a cam installation kit that includes cam bearing, cam/crank hardware and a gasket/O-ring kit that allows for install of the factory one piece pushrods and or our optional and recommended heavy duty HP+® 0.165" wall one piece pushrods - see # 4087
Feuling fastener kit #3047 is also highly recommend to help prevent cylinder head cracking, this kit replaces the rocker shaft bolts with studs and nuts to help reduce the stress on the rocker shaft standoffs.
HP+® kits come with HP+® lifters and RACE SERIES® kits come with RACE SERIES® lifters
538 CAM - Aggressive camshaft with a "nasty" sound. Hotrod bolt in option for Gen2 117-121" and larger. This camshaft revs up fast and pulls hard. The REAPER 538 grind will shine in 124" and larger cubic inch engines with added compression ratio. Go to bolt in for 131"/135" kits/engines. Ported cylinder heads are not required but will complement the cam and add even more pulling power throughout the range. The stock throttle body produces an excellent powerband and use of a high flow throttle body will increase peak power numbers. A high flow exhaust system and air cleaner is highly recommended for optimal performance. FEULING recommends matching this cam with our RACE SERIES oiling system.
NOTE: High Lift valve springs are required on stock Gen1 cylinder heads, see FEULING BEEHIVE valve spring kit #1107 (DRAG# 0926-2973) or #1108 (DRAG# 0926-2974). SE cylinder heads have high lift valvesprings but will need to be verified. Heavy Duty one piece pushrods are also highly recommended see #4087.
VVT Models: Requires FEULING camshaft sprocket #1095 (HD #25400103), HD timing cup #18400117, Feuling sprocket retention kit #3042 and Feuling camshaft spacers #8041. Must also be able to turn VVT feature off in ECM.

• RACE SERIES® hydraulic lifters have a full .200" of total travel designed with a slower bleed down rate to handle heavy valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float and feature increased roller clearance for steep ramped camshafts and clearance for the Milwaukee Eight front exhaust camshaft lobe flange.
